01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, contacting Anukura Architects, requesting a consultation, sharing project details or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or proceed with our services.
02Nature of Services
Anukura Architects provides architectural design, space planning, elevation and facade design, 3D visualization, working drawings, commercial planning, vendor shortlisting guidance and execution support depending on the agreed project scope. The final scope, deliverables, timelines and fees will be defined separately through a written proposal, quotation, agreement or invoice.
03Project Scope and Deliverables
All services are provided based on the scope approved by the client. Any additional work, revision, site visit, redesign, change in area, change in project requirements or additional coordination outside the agreed scope may be chargeable separately.
04Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate site information, measurements, ownership details, project requirements, approvals, reference material, budget expectations and timely feedback. Delays in providing information, approvals or payments may affect project timelines.
05Design Revisions
Design revisions will be handled as per the agreed project scope. Major changes after approval of concept, layout, elevation, drawings or design direction may be treated as additional work and may require revised timelines and additional fees.
06Fees and Payments
Fees, payment milestones and payment terms will be communicated before the start of work. Work may begin only after the required advance payment is received. Pending payments may result in pause of design work, drawing release, vendor coordination or site support.
07Approvals and Permissions
Government approvals, statutory permissions, local authority approvals, sanctions, licenses and legal clearances are the responsibility of the client unless specifically included in the written scope. Anukura Architects may assist or guide where agreed, but approval outcomes depend on respective authorities and applicable rules.
08Vendor and Contractor Coordination
Anukura Architects may help shortlist contractors, fabricators, material suppliers, interior vendors or execution partners. However, the final selection, negotiation, appointment, payment and contractual relationship with vendors remains the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
09Site Execution
Execution support, site coordination or design supervision is provided only if included in the agreed scope. Anukura Architects is not responsible for poor workmanship, material defects, contractor delays, safety issues, unauthorized changes or execution errors caused by third-party vendors, contractors or labour teams.
10Timelines
Project timelines are estimated based on scope, availability of information, client feedback, site conditions, approvals and third-party coordination. Timelines may change due to delayed feedback, additional revisions, approval delays, vendor delays, force majeure events or changes in project requirements.
11Intellectual Property
All drawings, concepts, layouts, designs, visualizations, documents, presentations and design material created by Anukura Architects remain the intellectual property of Anukura Architects until full payment is received. The client may use the final approved deliverables only for the agreed project and purpose.
12Use of Project Images
Anukura Architects may use project images, drawings, renders, site photographs, completed work and project details for portfolio, website, social media, case studies, presentations and marketing purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project publication.
13Website Content
All content on this website, including text, visuals, layout, branding, design language and project presentation, is for general information and portfolio purposes. It should not be treated as technical, legal, structural, financial or statutory advice.
14Limitation of Liability
Anukura Architects will make reasonable efforts to provide professional design and coordination services. However, the firm will not be liable for indirect losses, business losses, delays, contractor mistakes, authority decisions, material failures, site accidents or third-party actions beyond the agreed professional scope.
15Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the project stage, work completed, resources allocated and payment milestones agreed. Fees paid for completed work, consultations, drawings, design development or time already invested may not be refundable.
16Confidentiality
Client information, project details and sensitive documents shared with Anukura Architects will be handled with reasonable confidentiality. However, information may be shared with consultants, vendors, contractors or team members where required for project execution.
